About me
Linda Schuster
I love my work because it brings together two things that have always fascinated me: understanding people, and the science of psychology. I find it fascinating how we are shaped by our experiences, why we sometimes stumble, and how change becomes possible. I am a curious person and enjoy continuing to learn – professionally as much as personally.
When I am not working, I enjoy baking sourdough bread, mentally planning my next trip to Italy, or trying to motivate myself to exercise – with varying degrees of success.

How I work
I work from a cognitive behavioural therapy foundation, complemented where helpful by schema therapy and emotion-focused techniques. Together we look at how your difficulties developed, what maintains them, and where change is possible. From there, we develop concrete steps that fit your goals and everyday life.
It matters to me that therapy is understandable and transparent. You should be able to follow why we use certain methods, and we make decisions together. And because change is sometimes easier when there is room to laugh along the way, a bit of humour is always part of it for me.
